Was the part number on the invoice? What I would done is call the place your got the header from, and ask them if all the DC header they sale has the
E.O. C.A.R.B number on the header, if they said yes, ask them about there Race header which are not C.A.R.B Exempt,
you could also have DC Sports send you a C.A.R.B sticker
Give them a call at (310) 484-2322
anyways The part number is stamped on either the lower mounting bracket or on the head flange. The CARB EO # welded onto the header. I'm guess they did screw you.
