My car has been losing fluid lately and I have been kind of putting it off thinking it might be a leaky hose.
I talked to my neighbor/friend/mechanic and he said that it might be the waterpump going bad my first thought was NO way couldnt be not in my car its totally babied since I got it.
Well tonight i got out there since it was overheating again I thought it might be out of fluid again, well it was but more shocking I noticed that the fluid was coming from a wierd place.
Right over the timing belt cover.
Santo my neighbor said if it was going out I would know by it leaking some fluid (bushing going out so I would know or some jazz)
Anyone think this is the problem if so what would the cost be since it would probably be time to change out the timing belt anyways.. am I looking at over a grande?
anyone have a ballpark figure?
