Thanks CRV-surf, I appreciate the advice. I went ahead and starting tearing things up. I'm about half way through and it's not too bad yet, but I'm sure it'll get worse.
Just hope my head aint cracked. So while i've got most everything out, is there anything else I should look at checking/replacing while I have easy access??
