This is why I never go to the movie theater, your in there watching a movie one and a half hour, maybe longer depending on which movie your watching, you would think your car is safe.
I hate to tell you this if you didn't already know, there are lot of thieves that hang around the movie theater, here the reason why, if they spot a car they like to steal, and it looks like you just got there, they will wait for a few minutes just in case you come back out.
If your not out within a few minutes, they will walk around just to see if anyone is around, if no one is around, they will break into your car, and by the time the move is over your car is gone, if not something will be missing.
If I do go to the movies, I try going during the day, if not I'll have someone drop me off, and pick me up later.
I heard a lot of cars getting stolen are something like the deck, sound system etc gets stolen at the theater at the great mall, and AMC Mercado, in Santa Clara.
