I have experience with the Injen Cold Air Intake (CAI), highly recommend it. The only thing to be weary of is if you live somewhere that it rains a lot and big puddles form, because it can suck water into your engine if you submerge the filter and that will fuck your engine up. I had it happen on my first RSX to the tune of $6,500. It's a long story but I didn't do it, a dealership did it, I don't know how they did it. I never had any problems when I was driving.

Now with my new RSX I'm going to go with an Injen Short Ram Intake (SRI) because that eliminates the hydrolock problem. Not as much of a gain, but still noticeable. I just don't want to have to worry, plus I'm making more money now so I should be able to make up for the smaller hp increase.
