Car 1: 1987 Acura Integra
Idle Surging on my 87 Integra RS

My 87 Integra RS 4 doors with hatchback is experiencing the problem of my idle is surging from high to low and back to high over and over again, between 800 to 1500 rpm and continues like this during the rest of warming the car up during the first start of the each day. Once it is warmed up [which takes much longer than normal since this problem started] the idle gets as low as 600 to 700 rpm. but rises to 900 to 1000 rpm when I place the car in Neutral OR Park. When driving at any moderate speed, then place the car in Neutral to coast and DO NOT have any pressure on the gas pedal at all, the idle drops to the 600 to 700 rpm and begins to surge [as explained above]. Just had the idle air control valve replaced but that did not fix, no vacuum leaks or problems with ANY of the Fuel Injector(s). Does any one know what can be wrong? I am at my end as I do not really want to spend more money, like for the IACV, to have the problem still exsist.

Thank You Much

600 to 700 rpm
