Has anyone used it or know any one who used it would tell how it is and if there is any thing better in the market.

I haven't heard of Integration Solutions. I went with USA Spec and their iPod integration/adapter. I believe the part number is PA11 HON-2y (should fit most Honda/Acura 2005+). It utilizes the "CD Changer" spot.

I had it installed at a local auto-audio-store for $250. A bit pricey, but I like having my iPod and music with me, especially since my MDX doesn't play mp3-cds. Fleabay has the item for ~$130. Shouldn't be too hard to install yourself, but I was lazy.

The USA Spec adapter works well enough - there is no readout on the car-display for any song title/artist/info, but I usually hit "shuffle" for road trips. The steering wheel mounted "Channel" button skips forward one track. The -/+ button on the center-stack move backwards/forwards one track. And you can still surf your song list on the iPod. Plus, there is an additional AUX input for the adapter.
