I had the same problem and after searching like for a week online. I found the solution here: Acura 2002 3.2 TL Radio Code Problems

I got the radio code from the dealer on my 2002 3.2 and after trying like for a week, it never worked until today!!

This saved me a big head ache and problems so I hope it helps anyone out there!!
