Well, the blue smoke definately suggests that you are burning oil in some nature. Have you pulled the plugs recently to inspect them for signs of oil? You must have so sort of leak that is occuring overnight as the car sits weather it be headgasket, valve cover gasket, or valve seals. The oil is dropping down into the combustion chamber overnight and when you first start up the car you're getting that blue smoke that goes away. The reason why you don't see it the whole time is mostly due to the it being a small oil leak that burns away fast as you're running the car but builds up as it sits.

Have you had a chemical test done on your coolant for hydrocarbons yet? I would do that. Take it to a reliable shop that does chemical testing, if they don't know what you're talking about get out of there b/c they're going to b.s. you and tell you that your headgasket is gone when its not.

As for the oil that occuring in the intake, I would replace your PCV valve and if you have an automatic inspect the EGR valve for signs of clogging. That hose in the picture is just a breather hose so there shouldn't be any oil going through that.
