If your dealership give you any BS about the warranty, just call acura's corporate office and ask to speak with the divisional manager. The rep may just write down your question or complaint and then the divisional manager will get back to you in a few days. But they will clear up the warranty information with the acura dealership.

I did this last year when acura refused to fix my car when they previously told me a few weeks prior that they were going to fix it. Make a long story short, I contacted the corporate office about my mishap, and received a free tranny and only had to pay for labor. A wonderful outcome that was.
