Car 1: 2002 RSX

The K&N intake is a good start. You may want to look at some headers. Since this sounds like its going to stay a street car, a shorty header maybe what you want so you can stay emissions compliant... unless you're like me and think Al Gore's full of shit, get a race header. Exhaust size, you should look at something with at least a 2.5" diameter piping. This can get a little difficult as most exhausts on the market are at 2.25". The hondata reflash is good if you're not looking to get too hardcore and want to control all factors of engine control. Also, you'll want to look into some aftermarket engine mounts.
