Is there a certain mileage that I should change it? Is Acura different? I have always changed fuel filters between 35,000 and 45,000 miles. I have never had to replace a fuel pump. Maybe I am lucky but I believe a fuel pump that has to work harder because of a dirty fuel filter will wear out earlier. Maybe I am wrong. It has just been my experience.

Redlight I want to thank for the explicit instructions. Thanks so much. BTW is there a special procedure to relieve pressure from the fuel system?
