One thing I noticed about the Centric Ceramics was the lack of a cooling slot down the center of the pads. On the Plus Side, they came with shims and silencing pads. They have a nice initial bite (at least compared to the Hi-Per pads).

BUMP this topic in six months and I'll tell you more opinions.

PS The OE Acura pads work quite well for street driving and are not excessively dust-prone. Look for a dealer offering online bargains...or print those discount prices and have a local dealer try to price-match. (I don't think OE pads will go for $36 though, more like $55 with no shipping charges.)
