Obvious first- did you check the fuses? There are fuses under the hood and under the dash, by the left side kick panel. Check your owner's manual for the locations and values.

I went through the owner's manual 1st, I didn't see anything that listed a fuse for cruise control "CC", on my other honda the ECU fuse is the same for the CC, so I checked that and all the others to be sure, they look fine.
I went through all the connectors, none are loose, but I didn't take all of them apart to check for bent/broken pins. I figured doing so might risk more harm than good.
