Since this seems to be the RL Suspension question thread...
I looked at at 2002 RL today, and may purchase it this week, only big issue right now is it seems to clunk in the back over bumps big or small, esp at medium (25-45mph) speeds. I am assuming from the reading on here that possibly struts, but more common either the strut bushings or the sway bar endlinks?
Anyone with knowledge I'd appreciate it. This is a 2002, 137k miles, black on black... Anything else I should check/double check I'd appreciate it. I know to find out about the 100k maint. records, other than that, fill me in! Looks like a 1 owner car, and in great shape when I test drove if for awhile today.
