Well, I know Exedy is a quality manufacturer for clutches. Not familiar with F-1 but it has the features you want. Unless Dean is way against it I'd consider it.
One thing I found funny though, they say they're an authorized Exedy dealer and even go so far as to list the URL for the Exedy Dealer's page, but I didn't see them listed there
