Get a refund.........I have an '04 TSX that has 53,000 miles on it. It has been at the dealer since August 16th with a transmission problem. The final gear is bad. I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the car and they decided today that they arent going to cover it due to abuse. The car has NEVER been abused in any way. I am very meticulous and anal and take very good care of my belongings. I just cant believe that they are not going to cover it due to their so called abuse. All they have to do is say its due to abuse (and not even give evidence, because they havent with mine) and they will deny the claim. Pretty shady and not a good business practice. I am definetly trying to fight this matter and will go as far as I need to.
