If your on stock suspension, its very rare that you would need something like eccentric camber bolts. If your camber angles are waaay off, then you have something more serious (possible accident, worn suspension bushings, etc). Also remember that toe angles out of spec will wear tires out much faster vs. camber wear. Michelle's 05 civic dropped on eibach pro kit (very similar in terms of suspension design to the rsx) runs -.8 degrees front and -1.7 degrees rear camber with perfect even tire wear because toe angles are aligned and driving style allows for running that much camber on the street.
