I just did my oil change yesterday.

Steps 3 and 4 are interchangable. Put oil in the filter before you put it back on and put a little oil on the rubber seal. After your done check for leaks, drive around for a little while and then check for more. Your done.

The drain plug itself is 17mm and the crush washer is 14mm (I picked mine up from a local Honda dealer for $0.25). My 99TL manual says to torque the drain bolt to 33 ft-lbs. I recommend using a torque wrench just to be safe.
