. They have the best customer service in the business. They pay for that by sticking it to the vendors mostly in the form of higher transaction fees, so it's a win-win. The $85 a year annual fee is a little steep, but considering I accumulate enough air miles for about 2 free plane tickets a year, it's well worth it.
