if u wanna do it manually, u can go to File, and Export your Address Book and/or Messages
Or
Y can just copy the files and store them in a safe place and just dump them in your program later. (I prefer this one). Go to:
Tools
Options
Maintenance
Store Folder
and it will tell you where the files are at. Go there and copy your files for safekeeping.
