ValueTL is no longer an AWPV.

After repeated messages filling my inbox about poor customer service, valuetl has been removed as an AWPV. I gave him multiple opportunities to fix his customer service issues, gave him an ultimatum, and he responded to none of them. Then I log in today and find out that he was browsing this forum last night but yet did not respond to my e-mail or PM I sent him regarding his service. Valuetl will be denied the privilege to post any for-sale items, and will not be allowed to use the PM system on this forum.

This is a sad day for me. Many of you know how I spent a lot of time defending him in the multiple onslaughts. That defence was in vane and now I am forced to ensure that no other forum member is harmed by his terrible customer service.

This is also a message to any and every vendor on this forum. Poor customer service WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you can't give the kind of service we require, you will be disallowed from ever selling on this forum. If we get complaints about vendors, we address them with that vendor and require they provide us the ways they will be changing their customer service to prevent these problems. When that vendor does not respond, and instead clearly ignores these issues, we have given that vendor the opportunity. Their ignoring of that opportunity is disrespectful to AcuraWorld, and shows their lack of character and disrespect to their customer.
