I got my Inspire fog light switch from ValueTL (who is no longer a preferred vendor anymore unfortunately). I bought it back then for about USD $35 + shipping. ValueTL now sells it for USD $39 + shipping. Shipping is expensive as it is directly from Japan (factor in an additional $10-$15 I think). The only other import shop that I can think of that can get you this Inspire switch is A&J Racing Motorsport, located in Richmond, BC (email:
info@aj-racing.com, tel: 604-279-0329, fax: 604-279-0839). Ask for Alan Chow - I haven't bought anything from him yet, but my impression of him is that he is very professional and upfront. Nice guy. Give him a try and ask for a quote on how much it would cost to ship it to you.
Yes you can wire the fogs so that it turns on when your headlight go on, but IMHO, it is better to wire the fogs to come on when the parking lights are on (you can manually select whether you want the fog lights on with the parking light). I don't know the technical details of wiring, so sorry can't help you there. Again I think Songoku might know this. If you plan on getting the Inspire fog light switch, you WILL need to get the 98+ Honda Accord 4 cyc. (do NOT get the V6 version!) fog light harness to make this work. The harness plugs into the Inspire switch perfectly (and only this wiring harness works, nothing else). However, having said that, I didn't use this wiring harness - my installer was able to solder the fog wires to the Inspire switch for a permanent connection. This is extremely difficult to do, so unless you know exactly what you are doing, I don't recommend this route (unless you get a professional installer to solder the connections for you). Hope all this info helps, and answers your questions! Good luck!
