I haven't had problems with my 2002 Acura TLS transmission yet but believe it is a dangerous thing for these sports sedans to be only fixed when they fail. Acura advertised this sedan as a machine you can drive in a sporty manner but I'm afraid to drive in any way except extreme caution.
My other concern is the resale value of these cars because of the known transmision problems.
Maybe this firm will get somewhere for all us owners and the safety of everyone on the highway.
