Just because it has a turbo mounted doesnt always mean they mounted it properly-- bad timing, bad tuning , lacking parts --anybody can preatty much slap a turbo on anything but getting it properly tuned - dynoed- and just in synchro with all the other parts of the engine to get the maximum power possible without all the lag is a whole nother story.
