I posted the same radio code problem before. I researched the radio code problem in Internet. Obviously, it happened on every Acura 2002 car. My dealership said that they had to reset the computer on my car to enter the code. I had no choice but paid them because I need my radio to work. I called the Acura headquarter and complainted this problem. The person who answered the phone told me that the dealerships operate on their own and all she could do was to take the complaint. I couldn't even get a case number for reference. My friend told me that I should write to Honda instead of Acura. He got his money back for another issue. I'm going to write to Honda and hopefully, I can get my money back. If not, I will file a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB). Here is the link:
