Car 1: 1996 Acura 3.2TL
Looking into RL in NYC

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I wanted to know, a few things before I bought a RL. I am looking into a 05 RL. I prefer the Nighthawk Black with parchment interior. My first question is, is there a vin number sticker on every door, and if so, is there supposed to be a sort of like scotch tape on the upper part of that sticker? The reason I ask is I saw one at a used car dealership and it has this clear sticker like piece on every part of the vin sticker on each body part. Where are the vin stickers under the hood, on the fenders? Is it worth it to get a certified or just a regular RL under the factory standard warranty. I test drove a RL on Queens boulevard and I wasnt really impressed, it was hitting the bumps hard, but not that hard? needs struts maybe? The car was a 05 with 50k. The car sort of had a gradual acceleration when the throttle was midway, but when punched it had good and immediate acceleration. Is there anything else I should look for? I feel the RL can fit my budget, and it has a enormous amount of features, as compared to the Infiniti M or the Lexus GS which are priced higher. Thank you everyone for your time.
