Real Time Traffic Crapping Out

Twice in the last few weeks, the traffic information from XM has gone down - no information provided. The first time, I called in, they reset it, and it worked Ok.
A couple days ago it went down again, I called, they reset, but this time it did not go back up. I haven't had the time to call again.
Question, is anyone else having this problems, and if so how does one go about getting it fixed?

I just started using it, on a free trial. A few times, I've been on the road and noted the information dropped off. Twice, I've been on the road long enough for it to refresh and start up again. I think the signal that XM sends is sent only in periodic bursts. If one burst is interrupted, the navi system then draws without it (since that's refreshing constantly as you roll) until the next burst update by NavTraffic.

That's my theory.
