Window Problem (2005 RL)

Just bought the car and am learning the book.

The driver's and front passenger's window switches work fine.
The driver's panel operates the passenger's window.
The switches on the rear doors operate the windows just fine.
The driver's switches for the rear windows don't work (up or down) regardless of the position of the window cut-off button.

Is there something I don't know about the windows? Everything worked at the Acura dealer's lot.

Solved.

With power on the car, hold each rear door window switch down for 5 seconds then hold up for 5 seconds.

This reprograms the driver's window switch panel.
