2006 RDX Rumors - Acura Forum

So what all has everyone heard about the RDX?? I've heard its supposed to be in a more direct copetition for the Lexus RX330 and other vehichles in its class. I've seen pics and it looks very futuristic. Can't wait! Looks and ideas wise I think it should be a cool car.

I was the one that said that it might be in competition with the Lexus...I was proven wrong.

I'm going to move that original rumor thread regarding the RDX to this forum.

Actually it's designed to counter the BMW X3.

The X3 is a cheap/smaller version of the X5.

It is supposed to tailor to people that have active lifestyles during the week (need the utility) and still want to have fun on the weekends. Watch the video I posted.

yeah, that's going to be nice. Looks like Acura is really trying to promote SH-AWD. I can't wait to see what is coming in the near future (TSXs with SH-AWD? Probly not, but it would be cool if paired with a v6)

Rumor is SH-AWD will goto a "Type-S"ish version of the TL.

I thought they decided they wern't going to make an "S" for the TL, I thought the manual was going to be the the "S" version without actually calling it an S.

If that makes sense...
