Fuel tank removal HELP

Ok so i wanna rustproof and seal off my gas tank, it has a leak currently... I plan on uising the proven and ultra reliable POR-15 for the sealing process and for cleaning the tank out before hand I plan on using there other marine Clean. I have seen some pretty impressive results with this product. They also make a great Rust sealer product That cures and stops rust entirely.

Besides a single picture of a break down of the whole fuel tank assembly... does anyone have a step by step method in writing that they can provide?

A PDF of the service manual would be appreciated ...

Thanks

Not aware of any PDFs -- yet. But a friend in Brooklyn has my paper manual and he's been scanning it to make one. Not sure how far along he is, though.

Darn! No such luck. I have a scan for the front bumper... and the rear seat... but not the rear bumper.

Oh, well!

The factory manual comes up on eBay now and then. You can also get a new one from Helm -- that's what I did -- but it's expensive.

One of these might help, My 92 Service Manual cost $100 in 1997 but I do see them from time to time on EBAY for around $30 to $40 depending on who is selling them.

You may also want to go to this site for diagrams and Acura parts at this site run 20 to 30% cheaper than my local dealership.

This site has some good info if you dont happen to have a Service Manual, the link below shows the steps to remove your gas tank.
