Help-Windshield wipers broken-but only one side
'94 GS, 140k miles.
Snowed last night, tried the wipers, but they were frozen in place. Chipped away the ice and scraped off the snow, but now only the driver's side rotates up and down. The passenger side moves about 1/8" up then down. Did I burn out the motor? |

No... if one side works, the motor is okay. The motor operates both wipers through some linkage. Look where the wiper arm attaches to the stud and check that the teeth are engaging.
If that looks good, pop the hood and check the linkage from the motor. |
