Need help

Recently my 92 vigor has started to cause weird problems on me and i have no idea on how to remedy it.

1. Sometimes after driving my car and when i put it to Park the rpm revs up on its own. Kinda like stepping on the gas and leting go and stepping again. i.e. Vroooom..... vroooom......vrooooom...

2. My factory alarm seems to go nuts sometimes. When i unlock my car from the driver side the alarm rings and sometimes it does not ring. Is there a way to turn off the alarm completely or fix this problem so i do have a alarm on and it won't ring if i unlock the door?
