It's not OBD. The service connector is on the passenger side, next to the center controls. If you pull the carpet out a bit, you'll see a plug connector. You'll need to know how to read the codes, and what they mean.

I know how to read codes and usually what they mean, but I have already pulled up carpet on passender side, its not on inclined or consol side. I evan pulled out the metal cover in front of passender, also looked up under glove box and to the left. In the Saturn I used to have it was easy to get to. My manual shows it to be to left and under glove box. Anybody have a pic. of it? I'm befuzzled.

If you follow the SRS harness until it disappears into the center console, it's right around there. It may be taped with blue elextrical tape onto the harness. The connector is blue. Unless it was tampered with, it'll be right up against the side. Imagine, left knee of the passenger with legs spread wide.
