For the price you can't go wrong with Monroe Sensa-trac's. I just lowered mine 1.5" and installed new Monroe's and the rid e is close to the original ride.

No, I can't say that definetively because I also changed springs at the same time. What I do know is that I have installed Monroe sensa-trac's on many vehicles both foriegn and domestic (I have a repair shop) and have not had one complaint. You rarely go wrong buying factory parts as they are almost always top quality. The real question is how much do you want to pay?

You can buy Monroe struts for about $80 each from your local parts store. Factory struts are about $130 each for the front and $145 each for rear. In my personal opinion it is not worth the extra money to buy the factory struts. It will also cost roughly $150 - $200 (depending on labor rates) to have them installed and have the car aligned. There may also be some additional costs as the strut bushings, strut mounts, bump stops and/or dust shield may also need to be replaced so be prepaired.

oh, what about ACDelco, Gabriel, and SACHS Struts. are there any good, i have the ACDelco Strut on front and the Monroe Sensatrac on the rear. the front suspension drives like shit, but the rear is good. i guess because the Monroe's on the rear .
