ACURA TL-S noise from engine

Does anyone know how to deal with Acura "mediation" or apply for lemon law? Need some good advice!!!
When my 10 month old Acura TL-S reached about 11,000 miles... a loud, high-pitched chirping/sqealing noise came from my engine when I turned the ignition on. I had it serviced 5-6 times for this. The Acura district service mgr came out to listen to the noise, and said that he heard the same noise but that this was "normal." I don't buy this for an answer. Obviously, it's not normal because the dealership technicians worked on it 5-6 times and were able to duplicate the problematic noise. It did not make this noise when I purchased the vehicle-- I had a quiet engine when I bought the vehicle. Their loaner vehicle didn't make any noises. I think they are dismissing this issue. I did not pay over $34,000 for a luxury vehicle that makes an embarrassing noise. Since I got my car back, it's gotten somewhat worse because the same noise occurs when I press the gas the first couple minutes I drive it.
Please help!! I feel like they are dismissing me because I'm a girl.
