high idle problem 2006 Acura RSX-S

Out of the blue the car starting having a high idle around 3000 rmp when you step on the clutch. The idle will stay high just sitting in neutral and go up and down usually staying around 2200 rmp.
I have broke down the throttle body and cleaned the idle control value. I have went through the vacuum lines. It is giving me the code P2227 Baron circuit which I really do not know what this means.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Thanks!

Sounds like an issue with the MAP sensor. But even with a MAP sensor going out, the RPM's still shouldn't be that high. Throttle cables too tight?

I changed out the idle control valve and seemed to fix the high idle problem. I checked the map sensor and it seems to be fine, when I unplug the sensor when idling the car will turn off.
The car still has a idle problem, when sitting in neutral the car idle will go up and down?
