Nice photos, but the legend's a bit of a pig for time attack purposes, dont' you think?

Thanks guys for the feedback.

C25A1guy, yep it's heavy, but we have lightened the car a bit. Also the sh-awd system on this car is truely amazing. The car also has AYC which can even be programmed. Also it has nice things like a carbon fiber driveshaft, forged aluminum suspension and a few other trick items stock.

However this next item will really make a big difference in handling. Just got them yesterday, 1st set of tein coilovers for the RL in the US. Will post how they are after installation -

Awesome. Looks like the CS coilovers. Just a recomendation from my past experance with tein and track cars. You might want to go with a higher rated spring (usually around 3-5% stiffer then out of box). Give my buddy Colin at Swift Springs a call and he can help you out

Thanks for the advice C25A1guy. I'll look into it. I think the default rates are 9kg front and 8kg rear.

Yea, for such a heavy car, that is really soft. 14kg front and 16-18kg rear should work really well.

Thanks guys. Just a update on the project. The full mugen bodykit has been installed (took us awhile since I had to get the instructions translated from Japanese to English).

I believe this is the 1st RL/Legend outside of Japan to sport this kit. Fit and finish is top notch.

Some changes we did to the kit were 1. front lip chrome inserts were painted to flat black 2. rear diffuser (which is removable btw and functional) was painted phantom grey.

Teaser pic for now -
