Pics of portable Navi installed

Here are some photos of the Garmin iQue 3600 GPS navigation system in my NSX. The iQue is a PalmOS PDA w/ built-in GPS functions and includes map-data for the entire US. It works just like the OEM factory navigation systems (but costs less than $500) and provides turn by turn voice prompts as well as graphical maps. I've had mine for over 1 year and share it between my NSX and my Legend daily driver and absolutely love it! The iQue can also be used as a portable handheld GPS and can be used for hiking and bicycling.

Here's some photos:

2) Cradle only:

3) Vent clip:

I've been using it frequently over the past year and find it to be extremely accurate and very intuitive in its user interface. Obviously the many years of Garmin's experience in the GPS market has paid off.

The screen is reasonably easy to see and is quite large for a Palm device. However it can get a bit washed out from certain angles in the direct sunlight (like color cell-phone screens). However the voice prompts that it provides ("left turn in 1 mile", "left turn ahead", "destination on right") should be more than enough to guide you to your destination.

Comparing to the OEM navi systems that I have used in my Infiniti G35 coupe as well as the OEM navi in the MDX I would rate them as (best to least best): 1) OEM Acura, 2) Garmin iQue, 3) OEM Infiniti.
