answer the following questions first:

1. what are you looking into the tires? autocross, racing, regular driving?
2. how's the weather in your location?
3. how much are you willing to spend?

1. regular driving but with lots and lots of country curves
2. weather is temperate - not much snow (most years none!), rare ice in winter, lots of rain when it does what its supposed to.
3. I'd like to keep it under $800

mine have 40K miles on them, and I've noticed a little 'slipping' in rain.

During the 40K miles you put on the stockies Laura, have you ever driven in snow, even if it's for one mile? If yes, then stay away from ultra performance summer tires. You'd need to look into a good all-season tire.

Here's a post from a month or so, ago.

Need new tires.

Laura - I live in S/E PA, so our weather is not too different: I love the Nokians. They are an All Season that wear like iron and stick real well.

Good luck!

I just got their Eagle F1 Ultra High Performance All Seasons. Carbon Fiber Re-enforced side walls, kevlar lined, side wall wheel protector. Amazing tire. Unbelievable in rain, and way improved in snow over the stock.

Check ClubRSX's for sale section. They are highly sought after rims though, so getting a bargain on them willl probably be impossible.
