my buddy who is taking criminal justice class told me that it is legal to have an open container in the car as long as the driver has a 0.00 BAC. i thought that was interesting. still not gonna risk it though

I know that in quebec alcohol must be in the trunk... open or not.

wherei live there is a definite open bottle law. No open alcohol container in passenger quarters, i.e. under seats, by your feet, in the seats, in the cupholders etc. Since i have a hatch i can just toss them all in the trunk and im legal.

I know the Injen comes with step by step picture instructions, as that's what I had on my first RSX. I'm sure the AEM will as well.
