Appraisel tomorrow.

If I do good...I'm going to share. Been thinking of two ways.

Well, it's official !!!

(prepare to be bored)

We have five ratings in the feds. Basically:

Unacceptable (get ready for your PIP)
Poor (needs improvement)
Meet (which means you met all the performance standards for your job)
Superior (exceeded your required standards)
Outstanding (well, the best)

We have about 130 employees in our region. 3 employees of those 130 received an OUTSTANDING rating. (and I was one of them)

That nets me a $700 award (and the associated "feel good" sort of satisfaction).

So, I'm going to share a bit of it with you guys.

There will be two contests (TBA) with a prize of $75 for one and a prize of $25 for the other.

Stay tuned!

it's just that she was the only one willing to do it last time. oh and she was actually willing to wear 2piece. i should've said "yes and it's a requirement" when she asked last time.

Congrats Chuck! That's awesome! You certainly deserver it... and you shouldn't be spending any of it on us! Spend it on your RSX, that'll be like spending it on us

I'm with Kev on this one. It's great that you want to share your reward with us - but doing something sweet to your car and posting it will mean a lot!
