AEM, Injen, Fujita. All very well known brands and all work as advertised.

Just get the Injen, it comes with a replacement washer bottle, which is easier than AEM's relocator kit.

Injen or Fujita, If you go AEM you will end paying for the V2 and wasting your money...

Lol.

CAIs are for suckers. Real tuners jump straight to turbos. Remember, the more of them you have the faster you go!

Alright guys, ease off the newbie. The only people allowed to do so here are me and Kev, and we'll do it in the same way that Dr. Cox does w/ JD in Scrubs. r type sx, this is a topic we've covered many times. While I don't mind giving a short and sweet answer to a quick question, this is something where the information you were looking for is easily found with the search function.

wow, jackass... i guess im just used to the prelude forums where people like to help. Not talk shit. I have had my car for over a month, been on this forum many times, and this is my second post... tell ya something??? I do usually search for anything i need, and find it. I was just really busy and a 2 min post is faster than 15 min of searching through threads for the info im after... or does it take you 15 minutes to type 2 sentences when your slightly "slower" than most people? Maybe you have "special" circumstances that lead you to belive that you can be a complete dick to people who are here to learn, and help. Not talk shit over the internet... cuz that is pretty hardass right?

Alright alright you two, lets drop it. As Dean said we don't mind posts like these if you just need a quick answer, but if you want something more in depth just search, and ask any follow up questions from there

This is the part number you want: INJ-SP1477

Thas cool. Everyone needs to chill. We're here to help. I'm going to guess that some of us are a bit tired of typing the same thing...hehe...maybe we should have a sticky for the most common question of all...what INTAKE.

Without trying to retype everything...

According to tests, the Injen CAI has the most gains. And, it comes with the replacement water bottle. TWO plusses. It's the one I have.

Some people don't like it because it's a tight fit under the fender and pushes down a bit on the plastic/rubber there.

Also, you need to know the dangers of going with a full CAI that's outside the engine bay and low to the ground...water...hydrolock, etc. Some people avoid it because of that but if you live in a dry area...worth considering. Otherwise...people play it safe and get a short ram in the engine bay. They also make a hydro shield for the low ones.

Now, having gotten the less brief version...if you would like to research more on it, the search works really well here. You can just display the subject lines or the actual message itself.

Keep in touch and let us know what you choose. You'll love the sound, either way!

im not a shit talker. i just hate lazy people. there is a sticky at the top of the page. as well as multiple results when you just type in the word intake. way to make a good impression on the forum.
