Oh yeah, I forgot about that. You don't have to cut. There's a little metal tab that's in the way, but you can just bend it out of the way.

There is the fender cutting which is recommended, though.

I bought the CRSX edition from CRSX for $247.00, $25.00 for the hydroshield and free shipping.

Yeah Dave, what's the matter with you? you're too late. It's ok I've read that if you have it on, you don't need to clean the filter as often as the debris doesn't get to the filter element, it gets repelled by this hydroshield.

Driss, when you get that package, be sure to save ALL that it says about warranty. I don't think I kept mine and I'd dearly love to see what they have to say about water.
