The TRD supercharger also costs $3200 and 6-8 hours of labor

What a jackass. Just remember that you're driving an Acura.

So you weren't redlining any gear at all? I would say that if you were redlining and he was still on your ass, then he probably had that optional supercharger.

Let's not forget that we're still naturally aspirated and cars like the Cobalt SS, Ion Red Line, and a Supercharged tC are still only marginally faster then we are.

most people that have the JRSC or the CTSC on their RSX only run about 7 psi too.

and the ctsc is about that price and labor

No it's not wrong, it's because he has more boost, 10psi vs the 7psi of boost that the supercharger comes with at first. The more boost you have, the more power you'll make.

I didn't really have the room to open it up, but I still felt like he was closer than he should have been. I probably should have gone to third to get rid of him, but I thought I could pull away in 4th. But yeah, it was only like 50-80, so barely hit vtec in 4th.

True, but an RSX-S has a higher compression ratio, I think, which probably limits the amount of boost you can safely pump into the K20. The Scion's ratio is much lower, so it seems to me like you should be able to get a lot more power out of it safely

Screw Scion TCs man. That car pisses me off. The people who drive those cars who think they're badass pisses me off.
