Black headlights improve the looks of the 02-04 RSX exponentially man! I love em. ANd I think Acura realized it since the 05-06 came with them

Update on the spoiler situation:

Well, one week after we told the shop we did not want a hatch with a spoiler, they called us this morning. They said that they were unable to find a used hatch without one and the cost of a brand new hatch would total the car. So it was either spoiler, or totaled. Of course i chose spoiler, but i still dont like them. Oh well, i guess i will learn to live with it considering the alternatives.

Well, maybe check some used parts/junkyard and see if you can find a tyep "S" little lip spoiler and put it on there? Depends on where the screw holes are on the one you're getting, though. The high spoiler has holes drilled for it outside the width of the lip spoiler.

I am pretty sure it is the stock type s spoiler. Hopefully it is, because that is definitely a lot easier to live with than the big giant one (dont know the name).

That's the one I have ... "High Wing" I believe is what they call it. If you have the small relatively simple Type S spoiler, that should be easy to live with.

You can always take it off yourself and fill the holes. Not the best case scenario, but if you really hate it... better yet, get a carbon fiber hatch.

I like the high wing. Hopefully when I have that job next summer (crosses fingers) and I start making owner payments on this baby, I'll be looking into the Type R wing! They really aren't as big as they look in pictures.

*Shameless thread bump*

That is a really good idea, but money is now becoming an issue, lol. I had set aside about 200 bucks for headlights (i would need more for the HID kits though) but on the 16th my power supply blew up , so there went most of the headlight money in getting a new one. Yea apparently my bad luck hasnt run out yet.

But hey, if everything goes okay FOUR MORE DAYS! Plus this coming week i could be getting my new power supply, 750 gig hard drive and my car. hopefully my luck is turning

Really late to this thread, but . . .

I'm like Slynky and a few others - I like the A-Spec wing (the high wing as you can see in my siggy), but personal taste is just that. Good luck on the repair and getting your baby back!

Send updated photos when you can.

Just heard from the shop. Apparently one of the taillights got to the shop about a week late, so they said they might have it ready by friday...not tomorrow morning like i was hoping.
