Time for an intake

Once I get my paycheck tomorrow, I'm ordering a SRI. I've been looking at mostly the Injens but I'm more fond with the AEM because I was satisfied with my last two AEM's. I heard that the Injen's produce a little more better numbers than the AEM, is that true?

The other alternative I really want to do is go with a eBay brand pipe and replace the filter with a K&N but don't know if the fitment will have me have to do alterations.

Which would be the best way to go?
