Car 1: RSX Type S
Transmission/gearbox RSX-S

Help!!

I got a puncture while driving on the highway 2 days ago...after changing the tyre, went back in and the car refused to go into gear. Had to get it towed to my garage, and they're saying it needs a new transmission...anyone had that problem? Before that I had the 2nds gear grinding/slip-out problem. Any input is welcome!

Likely it does, it seems.

What year?

Also, another guy in here had a similar problem.

Any gear? or just like 2nd gear? I know some guys who have had that happen to them, it ended up being the tranny, but it was only 2nd gear.

Yeah I did, but in the end they had my car and they wouldn't give it to me until I payed it. It was about $3,500. And that is why I have a personal vendetta against Continental Acura in Naperville.

But that's not even the worst of my dealer experiences.
