they are often made two ways.

Either: cognac(2pts), cointreau(1pt), & fresh lemon juice(1pt) (my preference)

or: brandy, triple sec, and lemon juice


Once, I was a bar and they had no lemon juice. The bartender made it with fresh OJ instead - was very tasty...
