Happy Mother's Day to our AW mothers.

I baked it. Stuck the meat thermometer in it, and it was already seasoned.

And leave it to Kevin always seeing the innuendo in things.

Yeah, Daveduck, I was wondering if you put it on the grill or broiled it. And how long.

Prime rib just isn't something that works all that well on the grill if you want it to turn out right. Just bake it on the middle rack for about 4 hours (covered until thawed out and starting to cook) until the thermometer says it is the right temp. We like medium well/well done so 175 degrees F. A little less for the rare types out there.

Slow for tenderness. Yeah, just wondered. Charcoal would probably leave it too uncooked on the inside (and take a lot of charcoal, maybe). Gas grill could be turned down.

That would take a lot better grill than either of the ones that I have. Oven FTW!

Alright, promised pictures so here are some. To justify, it was raining, the car is dirty from the trip home, needs a good wash with some quality wax. But hey, it makes up for it in driving pleasure.

If you study all term Finals are just a recap. Maybe a little more studying and less whorring makes for an easier final!

Dave - Any thoughts you'd like to add . . .?
